About me!


Hello, and welcome! My name is Maria Doumanas, and I am honoured to be your guide on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. As a registered social worker specializing in psychotherapy, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional landscapes.

One of my passions outside of therapy is creating and immersing myself in art. I find that artistic expression can be a powerful tool for exploring and processing emotions, and I often incorporate creative techniques into my therapeutic approach.

In my practice, I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from various modalities to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. Whether you’re struggling to emotionally regulate, grappling with past traumas, seeking support in finding balance amidst life’s challenges, or navigating significant life transitions, I am here to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for exploration and growth.
